F. Yes.

J. About 15 meters. From the red light and up to.

F. So you were on the other side of the intersection?

J. Yes, exactly that and then I just drove around and I was there in, well, 5 seconds max.

F. So when you heard the second shot, did you turn around with the car and your passangers?

J. Yes, I drove straight there. And then I started shouting for the taxi rank right away. And when I'm sitting in the car, I see him running. Then he's 25 meters in and turns around to see if anyone is coming from behind, but I never have time to see his face. He turns around quickly and then he just runs on.

Q. Can you explain the memory you have of that person, clothing etc.?

J. Yes, it's dark pants and a dark jacket, but what the jacket looked like, I've been thinking about that all the time but I can't, I can't figure out if it was a long or a short jacket he had on.

Q. Did you see anything fluttering?

J. Yes, I thought there was something fluttering then but if it was a long coat or something, that's possible.

Q. Did you see if he was carrying a bag?

J. I didn't see that at all.

Q. Bareheaded or wearing a hat?

J. He had something on his head, something dark if it was curly hair, long, or if it was a hat, it might as well be a hat.

F. You said earlier that he was probably bareheaded. Now you're saying it might as well be a mass.

J. Yes, I've thought about it afterwards, but seeing this picture by picture every day, something about it grows. It might as well have been a hat. Because then he runs straight into the left side up the stairs and then disappears into thin air.

F. Did you see if he ran up the stairs?

J. Yes, I saw the first three steps anyway and I don't think he turned around, then I was working on the taxi radio again there and fixing it. But then the police came right after, I mean as you've read in the newspapers it took 10 minutes and 5 minutes and this, they were there in 2-3 minutes.

Q. What was your watch when the shot went off, do you have any idea about that?

J. No I never looked at the watch and it was, you know, it's such a panic everything happens, I called the taxi operator straight away that was the first thing I thought of.
