Observations in connection with the assassination of Prime Minister Olof Palme at Tunnelgatan on 28 February 1 March 1986.

Johansson was standing with his taxi at a red light on Sveavägen in the direction towards the city at Appelbergsgatan at around 23:30 on 28 February 1986.
Suddenly he heard two shots fired in quick succession. He turned the car around and then saw from an estimated 5 metres how a man was lying on the pavement at Tunnelgatan. A woman was sometimes lying on top of the person lying on the sidewalk, sometimes running around and screaming.

Johansson also noticed at the same moment that he turned the car how a man ran
from the spot on the left side of Tunnelgatn up the stairs towards David Bagares Street. When Johansson stopped the car, the man was about 25 meters away into the alley.
The fleeing man had dark/black short hair, was wearing dark pants and a dark jacket and was probably bareheaded.

Johansson did not see anything hanging from the sides of the man when he ran from the spot, nor that he was carrying anything. The man did not run with his arms fixed in front of him, but he ran with his arms moving.
One of Jolhansson's passengers, a young man, began artificial respiration on the man lying on the sidewalk.

Later in the evening press, Johansson saw a picture of the young man who had performed artificial respiration and he immediately recognized him as his passenger from that evening.
Johansson did not notice any other people fleeing the scene of the shooting, nor any vehicle behaving strangely.

Later that evening at 2:45 a.m. on March 1, 1986, Johansson was given a ride from Kungsgatan at Stureplan to Hotel City at Slöjdgatan.
