Jan-Åke Svensson was driving north on Sveavägen. At the intersection with Tunnelgatan he stopped for a red light, in the left lane.
Svensson heard a shot and saw 3 people on the sidewalk at the eastern intersection of Sveavägen-Tunnelgatan. Another shot rang out and the man in the middle collapsed. Immediately afterwards, the man who had shot into the alley on Tunnelgatan ran east.

The man in the right corner of the picture marks Svensson's position. The red car is irrelevant.
