Svensson is informed that he will be questioned further regarding his observations in connection with the murder of Prime Minister Olof Palme.
Svensson has previously been questioned under section E 251.

Svensson said that on the evening in question he drove his car up Kungsgatan in a westerly direction to Sveavägen, and turned right there, and then he had intention to turn left down Tunnelgatan. For this reason, he stopped the car in the left lane of Sveavägen at the traffic lights for the turning traffic towards Tunnelgatan.west out.

As far as he can remember, there was no car in front of him, and he cannot recall that there had been any cars in the lanes next to him either.
Svensson estimates that he may have been standing at the traffic lights for about 15 to 30 seconds before he heard a bang.

Svensson looked in the direction from which the bang had been heard, and immediately afterwards he heard another bang. Svensson also observed that there was smoke at the curb near the roadway. He also sees in the same context three people standing on the sidewalk, and two of the people are men, and one is a woman.

The man in the middle collapses on the sidewalk and the man who has been standing on the right from Svensson's point of view disappears into the alley, i.e. Tunnelgatan to the east. Svensson emphasizes that all the observations that he has now described occur within a very short period of time. In principle, it happens in one moment. The man who disappears into the alley runs.
