Anders Delsborn was driving a taxi south on Sveavägen. The passengers in the car were 3 young women, who are identical to Ann-Charlott Holmgren, Charlotte Liljedahl and Lena Schödin. The traffic signals at the Sveavägen-Tunnelgatan intersection showed red, which is why Delsborn stopped as the first vehicle in the middle lane. He saw 3 people, 2 men and 1 woman, at the eastern Sveavägen-Tunnelgatan intersection.
