4. If you are lazy you don't have to connect, but you have to follow the system that the people
are building up.
Benefits:
1. You got you neighbor hood more the way you want it, it's you and your
neighbors that should design the community.
2. More money in you wallet.
3. You don't have to go to work 40 hours a week because you don't have to
pay so much taxis.
Disadvantage:
Time: You have to spend some time in your head and in the computer.
